Ray – Slow Driving

IS THIS STORY TRUE?  When Ray was in his 90’s, he was driving down the street very slowly with quite a few vehicles backed up behind him.  Thinking something was wrong, an officer stopped him to check.  After Ray basically told him that nothing was wrong this is the way he always drove, the officer took his license on the spot and called for someone to come and pick Ray up.
